Exchange Policy

We offer a 2-day exchange window.
You have 48 hours from delivery to request an exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

• unworn and unused
• in original condition with tags
• in original packaging
• accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include your order number and reason for exchange.

If approved, we will arrange a return pickup.
Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• ₹200 per item exchange fee
• shipping charges are non-refundable
• only one exchange per order
• no exchanges on sale items
• partial COD is non-refundable
• no returns or refunds

Refunds

Refunds are not offered.
In rare approved cases, processing takes 3–5 business days.
